i mean how would you feel if whenever you call your grandfather and he just replies "mmm" when there's other relatives around or when there's nobody around, just simply pretend that he doesnt hear you. or whenever you'll eating at the same table as him he'll suddenly lose his appetite and refuse to eat much. or he never asks anything about you like you studying now or working now, have you eaten etc. no, he doesn't even talk to you. he smiles and express concerns to your other cousins but nv to you.
to him, you and your family are just poor pple who never contribute to the family. who just go down occasionally when your uncles/aunts give you a call to have your (free)meals on sunday. see, you and your family are greedy pple. so what if you are doin well in your studies. you're a girl. girl should know how to do housework and prepare yourself to get married. but of couse, you aren't pretty enough to even get a bf. (well, you do hv a bf, but that's none of his business. and he'll nv find out until the day you decide to get married.)
know what, one day you'll become the richest of all the families there. you might even be the first grandchild to get married and to give birth to his first great-grandchild. wait, should you even invite him to your wedding dinner. actually there's no bother, cos he wont even bother to turn up.
you wont want anything from him. not any money from him when he die. theres no need for you to suck up to him like what others are doing. you respect him, but you dont love him.
